Our services are available only in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Service appointments are subject to technician availability and location coverage

We reserve the right to decline or cancel service requests that contain incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information.
3. Pricing & Payments
Repair charges depend on appliance type, model, issue complexity, and labor requirements
Diagnostic or inspection charges may apply and will be communicated in advance
Final payment is due after service completion unless otherwise agreed
Any required replacements or additional work will be quoted before proceeding
We do not accept online payments directly through the website. Payments are collected after service delivery.
4. Service Warranty
Warranty coverage, if applicable, applies only to the specific repair work performed
Warranty duration varies by service type and will be explained by the technician
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, electrical fluctuations, physical impact, or third-party intervention
Warranty claims must be reported within the stated warranty period

Someone must be present at the premises during inspection and repair
The service location must be safe, accessible, and compliant with building regulations
If a technician arrives and access is unavailable, a revisit or call-out fee may apply
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic
6. Parts & Materials
Only compatible and approved parts will be used when replacements are required
Replacement components may carry a manufacturer’s warranty
We are not responsible for defects in third-party parts not supplied or installed by us
We focus strictly on repair services and are not a spare parts retailer.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp
Requests should be made at least 2–3 hours before the scheduled visit
If the technician is already en route or on-site, a minimum visit charge may apply
We may reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or technician availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing appliance damage
Loss of stored data or settings in smart appliances
Damage caused by incorrect usage or power supply issues
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
