At Appliances Repair UAE (“we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for appliance repair services provided in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Our Services

  • We provide on-site appliance repair and diagnostic services only

  • We do not sell spare parts through our website

  • Service charges are based on diagnosis, labor, and repair work performed

Due to the nature of repair services, refunds are subject to specific conditions.

2. Diagnostic & Inspection Charges

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees are charged for technician visits

  • Diagnostic charges are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed

  • These charges cover technician time, travel, and fault assessment

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Service was paid for but not delivered

  • Appointment was canceled by us and no service visit occurred

  • Duplicate payment was made by the customer

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The appliance issue is resolved or partially resolved

  • The customer declines repair after diagnosis

  • The appliance cannot be repaired due to age, condition, or pre-existing damage

  • Issues caused by power fluctuations, misuse, or external factors

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the initial diagnosis

  • Customer unavailability after technician arrival

5. Repair Quality Concerns

If you experience an issue related to the repair work performed:

  • Please contact us within the applicable service warranty period

  • We will arrange a re-inspection or corrective service if required

Corrective service is the primary resolution method and does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Cancellations & Visit Charges

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 2–3 hours before the scheduled visit

  • If a technician is already en route or has arrived, a visit fee may apply

  • Visit or call-out charges are non-refundable

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
